EDS Emirates Design System has completed a decade in operation having been established in the summer of 2000. The company was originally established to cater to the huge demand on the luxury domestic kitchens as Dubai had announced major projects at that time and that segment had a huge scope.  Within six months saw the setting up of the foodservice equipment division too with a full fledged Bakery equipment division about a year later. The company is ISO 9001 Certified for Quality Management System. The original sponsors were the Bu Haleeba Group with EDS being a sister company to Emirates Décor ( interior Fit out ) headed by Mr. Marwan Barbour as the Managing Director.  Mr. Marwan also established Modern Emirates being the office furniture division. Early this year EDS was taken over by Mr. Marwan with a different sponsor but with the full power of attorney for all legal and commercial purposes. This was done due to his special interest in this division. The company operations are headed by Mr. Ansaar Ahamed, General Manager.  Our Dubai offices and showroom are Al Nahda 1, with an Abu Dhabi Branch under the able leadership of Mr. Ayub Khan. The core team heading the Foodservice equipment division comes with over 15 years experience and with huge list of project references to their credit. There are three full time Auto Cad designers well versed with HACCP design requirements. With over 10 years in hospitality industry in this region a highly professional and experienced team , we understand  this  business  in  its  entirety  from  source  to  end  user.  Our project references list will speak for itself. From the largest resort in Bahrain, the finest in Oman , the brand new Rotana in Media City, the last four new Hospital kitchens in Dubai, the exclusive Manarat Al Sadiyat Kitchen on Yas Marina to our credit,  our references continue to grow each day and make us even more recognized for the quality of  equipment , professionalism and the efficient service that we provide.
